Each person is different and should speak with a medical professional before determining this answer. My personal experience and what has helped to manage my own pain, has been a daily routine of 20-30 minutes.

Remember to warm up your muscles before you begin and hold each stretch pose for a minimum of 30-45 seconds if possible. Only stretch to the point of mild discomfort and if you feel pain...stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 2 business days of credit card approval. We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same on the same day that your order was placed. In general, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Sometimes the manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days.

*Thera-Works™ ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed on the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.
