The AlignMore Wedge Pillow

For best results, properly position the AlignMore Wedge Pillow under the hips while you sleep. A few nights of use may be required to find individual, optimal comfort and pain relief. Please refer to our videos, instructional card, & product images for examples. NOTE: This product is designed to relieve back pain that occurs during sleep, while sleeping. This product is not intended to cure all back pain. Individual results may vary.    


Stomach Sleepers: The cut-out section of the pillow should face toward your feet and be positioned right at your groin area, alleviating pressure.


Side Sleepers: The cut-out section of the pillow should also face toward your feet and positioned with your hip fitting into the cut-out space.


Back Sleepers: Positioning for lumbar support will vary. The cut-out section of the pillow alleviates tailbone pressure and can face your feet or your head based on personal preference.
